Tamás Szabados is the winner of the Pierre Lalive and John Henry Merryman Fellowship

Tamás Szabados, associate professor of the Department of Private International Law and European Economic Law won the Lalive Merryman Fellowship for his article ‘In Search of the Holy Grail of the Conflict of Laws of Cultural Property’ published in the International Journal of Cultural Property.

The fellowship is awarded annually to an author aged under 40 for the best article published in the mentioned journal.

The fellowship was established by the International Cultural Property Society and the Art-Law Centre of the University of Geneva in honour of Professors Pierre Lalive and John Henry Merryman to support the work of young scholars active in the field of international cultural heritage law and the related fields. The awardee can conduct a research stay of four weeks at the Art-Law Centre of the University of Geneva with the support of the International Cultural Property Society and Lalive International Law Firm.
