World Bank Legal Internship Program 2020 Summer Cycle

The incoming cohort will commence its internship in June 2020 and is expected to conclude its tenure in August 2020. 

The objective of the Program is to provide selected interns first-hand experiences on the day-to-day operations of the World Bank by closely collaborating with staff in LEGVPU.  LEGVPU provides a variety of legal services in different departmental units, including operational project finance in different regions, environmental law, corporate finance, administrative law and more.  Similarly to earlier cohorts, members of the 2020 summer cycle of LIP will be designated to a LEGVPU unit to perform legal tasks with the GEGVPU lawyers. Applications from students who are enrolled in an LLB, JD, LLM, SJD, PhD, or equivalent legal academic program on August 31, 2020 and before (currently enrolled law students) are accepted only.  For further details on the selection criteria, requirements, and terms of reference and to submit an application, please visit the Legal Internship Program website or contact at legalinternship@worldbank.org.
