NOHA Spring School on Humanitarian Action

For the second time the NOHA Spring School on Humanitarian Action was hosted in Budapest. The one-week course aimed to give a critical overview in a multidisciplinary perspective with a focus on the main principles, actors, and tools of humanitarian action.

The Spring School was jointly organized by ELTE and University of Vilnius. Participants coming from 12 different countries from all around the globe were chiefly young professionals dealing with various projects in the field of humanitarian action. Lectures were held by distinguished professors from the network of NOHA Universities and ELTE, as well as by professionals from UNHCR, Caritas and IFRC. Menedék Association and Cordelia Foundation contributed to the high quality of the program by organizing practical assignments for the students.
