International Summer School of Medical Law and Bioethics
The Aristotle University  of Thessaloniki holds its 3rd International Summer Shool of Medical Law with the title: "Assisted Reproduction and Alternative Family Forms".

The Summer School will be conducted in English, by faculty members and doctoral students from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and from other universities in Greece and abroad, as well as by specialised jurists and doctors. Among the invited speakers are: Roberto Andorno (Associate Professor of Bioethics and Biomedical Law, Faculty of Law, University of Zurich, ex-Member of the UNESCO International Committee on Bioethics), Joaquin Cayon De Las Cuevas (Associate Professor of Health Law, IDIVAL, University of Cantabria), Atina Krajewska (Senior Fellow, School of Law, Birmingham University), Jadva Vasanti (Lecturer, Department of Psychology, University of Cambridge) and Basil Tarlatzis (Professor of Obstetrics – Gynecology & Reproductive Medicine, School of Medicine, AUTh).

The Summer School will take place between the 5th and the 11th of July 2018 in Thessaloniki and it may be joined by jurists, health professionals and students of all levels (undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and post-doctoral ones). The lectures will be held in Conference rooms of Holiday INN hotel (Address: 8 Monastiriou Str.).

The tuition fees amount to EUR 100,00 for students of all levels and EUR 150,00 for jurists and health professionals for entries up to May 31st, 2018 and to EUR 130,00 and EUR 180,00 respectively for entries up to June 30th, 2018 (deadline). These fees do not include any room and board expenses, as well as any kind of participation in any parallel activities. The application form is available here.
