Public Services and Autonomies in the Member States of the EU

 

The conference focuses on the role of autonomous bodies in the field of the provision and management of public services. The following topics will be discussed: the role of the local governments and autonomous bodies in the field of public service provision, the spatial structure of the public service provision, recent challanges of local government reforms and agencification, consumer protection in the field of the public service provision.

 

The lecturer will present the main European models, the conference will focus on the comparision of the diferent systems, as well.
