deconcentrated administrative organs

Among my research areas, I focus more on organisational law issues in the field of territorial public administration. In this context, I examine the organisational principles of centralisation-deconcentration-decentralisation, the characteristics, structure and development of territorial public administration, and the main actors involved. In the context of my research, I will explore the specificities and operational issues of county and metropolitan government offices and the bodies that remain outside this structure.

construction management

Within the framework of construction administration, I will examine the basic institutions of town planning law, and I will also deal with the legal institutions of building regulation, which embody the control of public authorities, with special regard to the new building legislation and the rise of notification procedures.

administrative procedure law

In my research, I focus on the basic issues of the regulation of administrative procedural law, the elements of the legal remedy system, with particular emphasis on the evaluation of the legal protection that can be provided by administrative litigation.

self-governments' finances

An overview of the financial room for manoeuvre of local and regional governments, in the context of which I will examine issues related to the assets of local governments and analyse anomalies in local government management.
