The focus of my research is on the constitutional origin and content of the state's ideological neutrality. The aim is to identify and isolate the layers of the requirement that do not derive directly from the fundamental rights, and also to show whether the requirement of ideological neutrality is a substantive part of the requirement or a substantive part that is imposed on the state by certain fundamental rights.

In my most recent research, I also examine how the fundamental rights that gave rise to ideological neutrality, and which still constitute its main content, are confronted with the requirement in judicial practice.
