The ELTE Erasmus+ and International Programmes Office has once again announced the “ELTE Best Erasmus+ Coordinator” competition, which aims to recognise and reward the outstanding work of staff members who contribute day by day to the successful implementation of the Erasmus+ programme and to expanding international mobility opportunities across the University.

The competition was open to staff members involved in Erasmus+ coordination at faculty level. As in previous years, this year’s competition brought outstanding results for our Faculty: the staff members of the Faculty’s International Office took all three top places.

This year’s winners:

1st place: Dr Brigitta Dalnoki – Erasmus+ Outgoing Coordinator at the Faculty of Law since 2015. A multiple award recipient, she continues to deliver outstanding results, maintaining consistently high levels of student participation through a comprehensive and innovative promotion strategy, while proactively addressing student drop-out through continuous support and targeted preventive measures. Her strategic approach combines multi-channel communication, strong institutional and network cooperation, and innovative initiatives reaching diverse target groups.

2nd place: Dr Ákos Udovecz – head of the International Office and Erasmus incoming coordinator serving since 2015. As Head of the Office, he places particular emphasis on sharing and embedding the knowledge gained through Erasmus+ within the Faculty. Through strong internal knowledge-sharing, regular dissemination, and the integration of mobility experiences into faculty development – from AI workshops to Staff Week initiatives and network building – he continuously turns international experience into lasting institutional value.

3rd place: Zsófia Werner – Erasmus+ BIP Coordinator at the Faculty of Law since 2022. She has played a leading role in the organisation and implementation of Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) at the Faculty, delivering them to a consistently high standard over the years. Under her coordination, the Faculty of Law has become one of ELTE’s most active faculties in the field of BIPs, organising the highest number of programmes in the most recent project.

This prestigious recognition reflects the commitment and professional expertise of the staff members of the International Office, as well as the high standard of their work in supporting students and staff participating in the Erasmus+ programme.

We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to the award recipients on their outstanding achievement and thank them for all the work they do to promote international mobility and the internationalisation of our university community!
