Within the modern jurisprudential movement of law and literature, I examine various legal phenomena through the lens of literary works (“law in literature”). In my previous research, I primarily explored the interrelations between law, literature, and morality, with particular emphasis on the question of poetic justice, using a comparative approach to analyze the Hungarian and German adaptations of Heinrich von Kleist’s Michael Kohlhaas.
