My scientific research mainly focuses on the following areas: agricultural law, agro-environmental protection law, animal protection law, cooperative law. During my research in the mentioned fields, the comparative legal method is strongly dominant, especially legal comparisons with German, Austrian, Swiss law, and comparisons with the Community law of the European Union are typical in the individual fields. My research on agrarian law and cooperative law is also typically interdisciplinary in nature. In addition to cooperative legal research and analysis, I deal in detail with the concept and characteristics of the social economy closely related to cooperatives.
