From the field of the offences against traffic regulations I focused on the criminal aspects of seatbelt non-use. I studied the importance and the injustice originating from the situation when a driver or passenger had failed to wear a seatbelt and that is why they were injured more seriously in an accident caused by another driver. I also examined the decision of the Kúria in relation to 'brake checking', in which it qualifies this practice as dangerous driving.

I studied the factors leading to juvenile delinquency, especially in connenction with juvenile probation with supervision. I also researched the significance of the parental refuse of the mandatory vaccination for kids - whether they commit abuse of a minor.

I researched the rules of life imprisonment without eligibility of parole, its compulsory cases, and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). I studied the relevant interpretation of the Kúria and the compatibility of the ECHR's expectations with the Hungarian system of criminal canctions.
